My machine has energy but does not work

Check its input recipe, free output space, stability, operating mode and redstone mode. In AUTO, all enabled rules must allow work. A monitored Source that is missing from the loaded network can also block it. The Controller guide explains each gate.

Energy and Stability rules seem to contradict each other

They are independent and both remain active. Stability normally stops at low values and resumes high; a normal Energy rule does the reverse. The accelerator uses an energy-reserve rule instead. Check the selected metric, source and thresholds rather than only the rule currently visible in the editor.

Why is my accelerator's energy bar not its collision percentage?

The bar shows stored FE. Beam charge is separate. You need a valid 7×7 structure, material and enough FE to advance. See the accelerator guide.

Why can I not seal a Breach?

Destroy every living Reality Anchor first, then hold use with a Stable Orb within six blocks of the center. Anchors start after a short event delay and need ticking chunks; they are not night-only spawns.

Will closing a Rift repair my terrain or remove its mobs?

No. It stops that Rift's additional spawning and removes its center. The changed terrain becomes a Scar, and existing creatures remain.

Can I restore a Reality with Flux Crystals?

No. Flux Crystal is machine maintenance. Reality stability is a finite exploration budget. At zero, collapse starts.

Why does a previously visited portal still take time?

Both new and saved destinations require approximately four seconds of portal contact. After arrival, leave the portal area to clear return protection before entering again.

Why does new terrain look different from old terrain?

Generator updates affect newly generated chunks. Existing terrain and player builds are not regenerated by a mod update.

Creative commands

The following commands require the executing player to be in Creative mode. They are not Survival commands or server-console commands.

/realityrift create <tier> <size>
/realityrift list

Tiers: unstable, stable, void, stellar, duality, darklight, nova, zenith, chaos.

Sizes: minor, reality, major, breach.

Creation runs at your current position in the Overworld, respects the active-event limit, and requires enough space inside the world border for a Breach's Anchors.

Examples:

/realityrift create unstable minor
/realityrift create stellar reality
/realityrift create void major
/realityrift create nova breach

These create real world events with terrain changes and creatures. Use a separate Creative world to explore them. Command-created Stable and Chaos events do not mean those tiers spawn naturally.
